Mickoski-Orban: North Macedonia to Get 500-Million-Euro Loan from Hungary

On Thursday, PM Hristijan Mickoski met Hungarian counterpart Viktor Orban.

They agreed for the two countries to immediately start a process that will see North Macedonia borrow 500 million euros, with the interest rate being 3.25%, as well as with the grace period and payment deadline being three and 12 years, respectively.

Half will be for municipalities for capital projects, while the other 50% will be for loans for companies.
