Mickoski Says There’s Two-Thirds Majority for Legal Changes

On Thursday, PM-designate Hristijan Mickoski said again he expected the new government to be elected before the deadline expired.

“In theory, we can vote through the government as early as tomorrow. However, in accordance with the plans to reorganise the Government that our coalition partners have accepted, we need a two-thirds majority. In addition, we need 80 MPs also for the key matter, the fight against crime and corruption, which we will do by disbanding the Judicial Council and the Council of Public Prosecutors. I assure you we have more than 80 MPs,” he stressed.
