Minister Mucunski Participates in Conference on Ukraine Held in Montreal

On Wednesday and Thursday, in Montreal, Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski participated in the Ministerial Conference on the Human Dimension of Ukraine’s 10-Point Peace Formula.

Addressing the plenary session in the frames of the event’s opening, he expressed gratitude for the invitation, saying the Conference’s essence touched upon not only the framework of international humanitarian law, but also the essence of common humanness.

“We strongly condemn Russia’s aggressive war against Ukraine,” the Minister noted, adding that the full-scale invasion represented an attack on Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, as well as a flagrant violation of the fundamental principles of international law and, primarily, humankind’s values.

In addition, Minister Mucunski said his country also strongly condemned Russia’s continued violation of international humanitarian law and human rights in Ukraine.
