The state award for humanitarianism “Mother Teresa” was presented Tuesday at a ceremony in the Parliament of North Macedonia, on the birthday of Saint Mother Teresa.
The 2025 laureates of the award are computer technician Borce Stamenov from the initiative “Donate Computer” and endocrinologist Irfan Ahmeti.
From the Parliament they state that the award is granted to Stamenov and Ahmeti for their significant achievements of interest to the state in the field of humanity and human solidarity and for encouraging, promoting mutual understanding and developing cooperation, both between nations and between members of different communities, cultures and religions.
