In an interview with MIA on Wednesday, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg described North Macedonia as a highly-valued Ally.
“North Macedonia contributes to our shared security and NATO membership is good for North Macedonia, but it’s also good for NATO and I’m impressed by the progress I’ve seen. I’ve also seen that NATO membership has enabled more investments, more foreign investments, and more jobs and more growth because when you have security guaranteed by NATO, then, of course, it’s easier for private investors to invest and to help promote economic growth in your country”, he stated.
In the interview, the NATO Secretary-General also talked about other topics, including his address to Parliament and the Kosovo situation.
