In the capacity of OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Foreign Minister Bujar Osmani delivered an address at the OSCE Dialogue Academy for Young Women, organised by the OSCE Missions in Kosovo and Serbia, which is taking place in Struga.
12 young women from Kosovo and as many from Serbia are part of the ten-day Academy, which represents a unique confidence-building model of the OSCE, which resulted in both young women and men from the two countries connecting.
In the frames of the Academy, at the Dialogue and Mediation session, Osmani had a discussion with participants. He talked about North Macedonia’s experience in conflict resolution through dialogue and mediation, as well as the capacities and tools that the OSCE can offer as a unique platform for dialogue.
Osmani shared also North Macedonia’s experience in mediation with regards to the Kosovo-Serbia deal on normalisation of relations, which was reached in Ohrid this year.
