Osmani Sadriu, too, Comments on Albanian Language in North Macedonia Issue

In her annual address to Kosovo’s Parliament, Kosovan President Vjosa Osmani Sadriu said that every attempt to undermine rights of Albanians in North Macedonia would be met with resolute opposition and unwavering unity of Albanians from the entire Western Balkans.

“We’re seeing a lot of concern among Albanians in North Macedonia regarding rights acquired with the Ohrid Framework Agreement. I want to assure everyone that we will give our all so that there is no step back, but rather just steps forward.

Albanians are a constitutive people in North Macedonia, with decisive contribution to the country’s democratisation and Euro-Atlantic integration, which is why every attempt to undermine their rights will be met with resolute opposition and unwavering unity of Albanians from the entire Western Balkans,” she stated.
