Penal Order Proposal against Ibraimoski for Threatening Judge’s Safety

The Skopje Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office has filed before the Criminal Court a penal order proposal against Party for Total Emancipation of Roma leader and ex-MP Samka Ibraimoski for threatening the safety of Constitutional Court Judge Ana Pavlovska Daneva.

As the institution says, on 21 June, by means of information system, Ibraimoski threatened to commit murder.

“On his profile on a social network, dissatisfied with the Court’s decision regarding the law on debt obsolescence, he published a post containing threats that he would commit the crime, directly mentioning the judge in question,” the Office adds.

With the penal order, the institution has proposed a suspended sentence of three months that will not be activated if Ibraimoski doesn’t commit a new crime in the one-year period after the verdict becomes effective.
