According to President Stevo Pendarovski, the constitutional changes will not have been made by the end of the year because there’s no political atmosphere for a two-thirds majority due to the opposition’s stands.
He said on Wednesday the new government would need to complete the task.
“It will be interesting to see, if there is a change of the government at all, the current opposition, potentially the future government, when it will need to beg the current government, the future opposition, for a two-thirds majority” the President noted.
