PM Kovacevski on Election-Related Topics

On Wednesday, PM Dimitar Kovacevski once again said the caretaker cabinet concept was based on the law, adding that there was communication between parties represented in Parliament.

A meeting with VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski over the matter will be held after sessions by party organs, Kovacevski noted.

Asked about Mickoski’s comments the previous day on the State Election Commission (SEC), the PM said the SEC composition was regulated according to the law.

“Parliament and the Commission on Election and Appointment Issues need to act according to the law and complete the SEC’s composition,” Kovacevski stressed.

Regarding the list carriers of VMRO-DPMNE in the elections, he said that candidates of his party, SDSM, would defeat all of them.
