In his address to an event, held on Wednesday to mark Skopje Liberation Day, that is, the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the capital, PM Hristijan Mickoski described the Anti-Fascist Assembly for the People’s Liberation of Macedonia (ASNOM) as an indelible stamp of the Macedonian struggle and the brightest proof that the Macedonian nation had been created through a lot of effort and huge sacrifice.
“Some will say history is written by the victors. For us to be victors, we should be united. Because we are disunited, we will never emerge victorious. That, as a people, happened to us throughout history. Therefore, today, we should make decisions very wisely in order to get where we want to,” the PM added.
