PM Mickoski Explains Reasons for Stoilkovic not Being Part of Session in Kosovo

On Monday, PM Hristijan Mickoski, asked why Ivan Stoiljkovic hadn’t come to Pristina for the joint governmental session, said though the Intercommunity Relations Minister and Deputy PM had been “burning with desire” to attend, he hadn’t been able to do so as a result of obligations, that is, because the session had initially been scheduled to take place on November 15.

According to Mickoski, that is why the Deputy Minister, Nezhdet Mustafa, was in Kosovo’s capital. Mustafa, Mickoski also stated, had a clear and precise discussion with his Kosovan counterpart.

“We, as a country and government, have voiced our stand on what Kosovo is. We were among the first in the world to do so. We shouldn’t allow someone to exploit that topic. We were among the first. All these events are a clear message from that,” the PM also underlined.
