PM Mickoski Holds Meeting with EU Ambassador Geer

On Thursday, PM Hristijan Mickoski met EU Ambassador David Geer. They discussed ongoing political and economic affairs, as well as the issue of North Macedonia’s EU path progress.

Mickoski underlined the importance of the EU’s support for the country’s reform processes and stability, stressing that the new government would work together with the EU in the spirit of partnership and common values.

Ambassador Geer confirmed the EU’s commitment to continuing the excellent cooperation with North Macedonia, expressing readiness for support with regards to key reforms and projects foreseen for the period ahead.

Bilateral relations should be further strengthened, while cooperation in different areas of common interest should be intensified, Mickoski and the Ambassador agreed.
