In Wednesday’s interview with Alsat, when it comes to SDSM’s accusations over the Ukraine resolutions issue, PM Hristijan Mickoski said that even though there had been in the past accusations that he was anti-America, the opposition party was now taking issue with “us having exceptionally good cooperation with American President Donald Trump’s administration”.
As he pointed out, SDSM has the least credibility to make comments, especially when it comes to the new government’s international activity.
Asked about Artan Grubi, who’s a suspect in the Lottery case, the PM said from what he’d been able to hear from 1st Deputy PM Izet Mexhiti, DUI leader Ali Ahmeti and the blacklisted ex-Deputy PM regularly communicated, while the latter had been advising the former to return to the country and face justice.
Regarding the issue of symbols, he pointed out that though he was thinking about a change of the coat of arms, he was absolutely not thinking about a change of the national anthem.
As far as the issue of employments in the public sector is concerned, the PM stated there would be no such processes in the future that would be based on party or ethnic affiliation.
