On Tuesday, President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova met with EU Ambassador David Geer.
At the meeting, she expressed gratitude for the congratulations from the EU’s heads and expressed readiness for full cooperation with the EU Delegation regarding the accession process.
In that regard, she stressed the importance of the Delegation in terms of coordination of the EU’s activities in the country.
“President Siljanovska Davkova pointed to the need for progress in the process towards EU membership, as a strategic goal of the country and an orientation of the majority of Macedonian citizens. Our future, according to President Siljanovska Davkova, is undoubtedly in the EU,” the Cabinet said, inter alia.
