On Tuesday, in the frames of the Ukraine Recovery Conference, in Berlin, President Gordana Siljanovska Davkova delivered an address at the main panel for heads of state and government.
As she said, after World War II, the Marshall Plan, inter alia, was a demonstration of solidarity towards devastated Europe, while today, a new type of the Marshall plan is needed for devastated Ukraine.
According to her, investments are needed in road, energy, human, education, social, and normative infrastructure.
Among the other participants in the panel were Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Previously, Siljanovska Davkova had participated also in the opening of the Conference.
