On Monday, Chief Public Prosecutor Ljupco Kocevski, regarding ex-Deputy PM Artan Grubi, who’s a suspect in the Lottery case, said the prosecutors had continued to take action.
As he added, though both US-blacklisted Grubi and one of the other suspects in the case, ex-National Lottery head Perparim Bajrami, are at large, the procedure will continue, while the public will be notified in the event of new developments.
Asked about the US-backlisted Skopje Court of Appeals Judge, Enver Bexheti, Kocevski stated that there was still no investigation, that is, that a pre-investigation process was underway and evidence was being secured.
Regarding the processes concerning the language certificate of Agency for National Security head Hristovski and the Soravia matter involving Drin Ahmeti, Kocevski said the investigations were still active and prosecutors were still waiting for international legal aid from Bulgaria and the US, respectively.
