Public Institutions to Get Balancer Tool Guidelines

All public institutions will get guidelines on how to act while the Constitutional Court’s decision freezing the Balancer tool is in force. It will be sent to them by the Public Administration, whose view is that the tool should no longer be used and that it was misused in the past.

Minister Goran Mincev stated that it was time to reform the administration sector on the basis of knowledge, quality, and expertise.

“I cannot say now whether there will be a new law or what its content would be. Sure enough, we would wait for the Court’s final decision. Depending on it, we would start the process for a potential new law that, I must say, is a constitutional category,” he noted.
