In an interview with the Top Tema (Top Topic) show on Telma on Wednesday, Deputy PM for Good Governance Policies Slavica Grkovska said the changes to the restrictive measures law couldn’t be unconstitutional because if one defined the way in which action would be taken against persons and companies on the blacklist by the US and the UK, and it was already connected to the existing domestic legislation, they then couldn’t be in contradiction with the Constitution.
“I think we should be aware that the strategic partnership with the US is key to our country,” the Deputy PM underlined.
