At a session on Tuesday, the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption (SCPC) considered the report on the check of legislation, i.e. provisions concerning the issue of licences, permits, and operations licences for hospitality venues, detecting a series of risks.
According to the institution, hospitality venues are entered into the register of such venues without a previous check to determine whether they meet minimal technical conditions. The risk is about the procedure being only formally completed, which can have consequences on the health and safety of people going to such venues.
