On Monday, SDSM said there was a scandal within the Stefan Andonovski-headed Digital Transformation Ministry.
At the press-conference, party Vice-President Metodija Ilievski presented documents he said had been received from whistleblowers, stressing that there was conflict of interest when it come to a contract worth around 600,000 denars (around 10,000 euros) between the Ministry and a Skopje-based company, Boki Simple Tech Solutions, for procurement of an access control system.
Ilievski stated that the company that had won the tender, that is, Boki Simple Tech Solutions, was owned by the parents of Borce Mladenovski, a person working at the Ministry’s IT sector.
“We call on Andonovski to answer whether it’s true that the 600,000-denar tender ended up with the parents of a Ministry employee because the email address, borce002@gmail.com, referred to by the legal entity in the submitted documentation for contact with the Ministry is indicative. We tried to find a list of Ministry employees, but that piece of data is not available on the website, that is, it says that the document is being prepared”, the SDSM Vice-President noted.
