On Monday, SDSM said Mateo Design, a company headed by Martin Klincarov, who was married to Digital Transformation Ministry State Secretary Gordana Klincarova, had won tenders worth around 50,000 euros from the same institution. It presented two signed contracts.
“The scandal is an example of direct conflict of interest, nepotism, and reasonable doubt over corruption within the Ministry headed by Stefan Andonovski”, it pointed out as well.
Andonovski, however, denied the allegations, saying he’d only signed the document to select a company, previously prepared by the tender commission.
