On Wednesday, SDSM leader Venko Filipce again said the government had an obligation to share information about its plans for the EU path.
“There should be a special separate session of Parliament for a discussion on the EU path,” he stressed.
Filipce still doubts that PM Hristijan Mickoski’s position that the constitutional changes to include Bulgarians in North Macedonia’s constitution should enter into force once the country joins the EU will be met with support among EU members. In response, the Government reiterated Mickoski’s stand.
“Once there are new details and a potential solution to the blocked integration process, the opposition and public will be informed,” it pointed out.
