SEC Officially Annuls Results in Seven Stations after Court’s Rejection of Lawsuits

The State Election Commission (SEC) has annulled the results in seven polling stations.

As a result, the voting process will be repeated in seven polling stations, one in Zelino, two in Dolneni, one in Ohrid, two in Krusevo, and one in Struga.

The decision was made on Saturday, a day after the Administrative Court had rejected all lawsuits filed by the DUI-led European Front coalition.

According to the SEC, that proves that the entire process was carried out legally despite the comments and threats about lawsuits precisely from the DUI-led coalition. Saturday’s session was not attended only by Vice-President Ditmire Shehu, who’s from the ranks of DUI.
