VMRO-DPMNE has continued to ask for Parliament Speaker Talat Xhaferi to resume the session concerning the constitutional changes.
On Tuesday, Dafina Stojanoska, MP from Hristijan Mickoski’s party, stated that the procedure shouldn’t be stalled and that there should be a vote. She cited the Rules of Procedure, which, as she pointed out, for a Constitutional change, provides for 10 working days from the start of the session.
Levica leader and MP Dimitar Apasiev stated that special provisions regulated a Constitutional change procedure, adding that there had to be compliance with them regardless of nobody’s will. The Ilinden Declaration is on the agenda too.
