Mustafa Hajrullahi has submitted the official notes from the conversation in which, as he has maintained, Chief Public Prosecutor Ljupco Kocevski exerted influence on him regarding the case concerning bonuses for the now-defunct Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPO).
On Monday, the Higher Public Prosecutor told Kanal 5 TV that despite Kocevski’s dismissal of the allegations, he stood by what he had said. The Council of Public Prosecutors has stated it will this week consult over which course of action it will take regarding the case.
