Statute of Limitations over Prosecution of Milososki in Potentate Case Expires

The statute of limitations in the part of the Potentate case concerning VMRO-DPMNE MP Antonio Milososki, his father, and former Makedonski Brod Mayor Milosim Vojneski has expired.

The Prosecutor’s Office told Telma on Thursday that without the wire-tapped materials, it hadn’t been able to prove the preliminary charge, adding nonetheless that the changes to the Criminal Code, too, contributed to the expiration of the statute of limitations. The costs of the procedure will be covered from the Budget.
