On Wednesday, the Criminal Court made a decision extending the detention measure of all four suspects in the Trubarevo fire case.
The same day, a prosecutor from the Skopje Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office and Interior Ministry teams conducted insight at the scene. Insight activities have concerned with regards to both the breaking out of the fire and way in which waste was stored at the location. Photos of the location were taken, while there was drone recording as well.
Also on Wednesday, the Environment Ministry pointed out that air quality in Trubarevo was in the frames of the allowed limits.
The same day, regarding the fires situation, PM Hristijan Mickoski stated that it was under control. In that regard, he described the criticism being levelled by the opposition against him over the matter as fully unfounded, adding that it only aimed at scoring of political points.
