Unofficial Information: Mucunski and Nikoloski to Be Among New Ministers

According to unofficial information, VMRO-DPMNE Vice-Presidents Timco Mucunski, Aleksandar Nikoloski, and Gordana Dimitrieska-Kocoska will become ministers, Telma reported on Friday.

Most likely, Nikoloski, Mucunski, and Dimitrieska-Kocoska will head the Interior, Foreign, and Finance Ministries, respectively.

Unofficially, caretaker Interior Minister Pance Toskovski will be the new Justice Minister, while Gjoko Velkovski and Stefan Andonovski will head the Ministers of Labour and Social Policy and of Information Society and Administration, respectively.

VMRO-DPMNE will unofficially have the ministerial position also within the Economy and Agriculture Ministries. VLEN, the TV station added, would get the Political System Ministry, which would be headed by Izet Mexhiti, the Ministry of Health, as well as the Culture and Education Ministries. VLEN also wants the position of Speaker of Parliament, but negotiations over that are still underway.

On Sunday, Taravari denied media reports that he had said in an interview with the Kosovan public broadcaster that VLEN would get six ministerial positions.

The same day, VMRO-DPMNE leader Mickoski said he hoped the repeated voting process in Electoral District 5 would see his coalition increase from 61 to 62 MPs.
