Vanja Gjorcevska Case: Bill of Indictment against Four Suspects Accepted in Full

The objections by the defence of Velibor Manev, Bore Videvski, Vlatko Kesisov, and Aleksandar Gjorcevski, defendants in the case concerning last year’s double murder of Vanja Gjorcevska and Pance Zezovski have been dismissed, the Criminal Court said on Monday.

As the institution also pointed out, the bill of indictment has been accepted in full. The case will be assigned for further action, over which the public will be notified in a timely fashion.

A hearing will need to be scheduled within 30 days. When it comes to the principal suspect, Ljupco Palevski, who was extradited from Turkiye in May, the investigation is still underway.
