On Thursday, VLEN co-leader Arben Taravari said again that DUI leader Ali Ahmeti should focus more on intraparty reforms and adapting to being in opposition than on demanding elections. Asked about the issue of early parliamentary elections 2025, he stated that there would only be local polls next year.
“If we have broader consensus and interest in parliamentary ones, we’re here to discuss that too. However, the elections ended 5-6 months ago. So, I would recommend to Mister Ahmeti to focus more on reforms within his party and adaptation to being in opposition”, Taravari stressed.
