VMRO-DPMNE is insisting on VLEN’s staff for the new government being professionals, without a stain on the career, and not being linked to corruption scandals and shady cases.
VMRO-DPMNE has already rejected some of the names offered by the coalition.
Hristijan Mickoski’s party has asked for the intellectual potential within the ethnic Albanian position to be utilised more. Additionally, it has insisted on adherence to the principles promised in the campaign.
“VMRO-DPMNE is not burdened by a deal at all costs, considering that its coalition itself has 61 MPs,” the party pointed out.
Last week, VLEN’s Arben Taravari said he expected the decisions on which persons would run which ministry would have been made by 24 May.
