In an interview with Koha on Friday, VMRO-DPMNE leader Hristijan Mickoski again said that his party would achieve a convincing election victory and be the ruling party in the years to come.
Asked whether he thought it was possible to find a partner in the ethnic Albanian bloc for forming a government considering his party’s stands on the constitutional changes, he stated that VMRO-DPMNE had a wide spectrum of coalition potential.
Mickoski, however, added: “The real question is: ‘Do the others have the potential to be part of a coalition with the biggest political party in Macedonia, VMRO-DPMNE?’”
He reiterated that his and VMRO-DPMNE’s wish would be for the parties that were part of the ethnic Albanian opposition to be a future coalition partner.
