VMRO-DPMNE Reveals Unofficial Distribution of Ministerial Positions

VMRO-DPMNE reported on Monday that their negotiations with VLEN for formation of the new government are in the final phase, and that the ministerial positions have already been distributed among the parties.

According to sources from within VMRO-DPMNE, the party will take over the Ministries of Interior, Foreign Affairs, Finance, Defence, Transport and Communications, Education, Culture, Agriculture, Local Self-Government, Political System and the newly formed Ministry of Energetics.

VLEN will take over the position of President of Parliament, and the Ministries of Environment and Physical Planning, Economy, Healthcare, and the newly formed Ministry of Social Policy, Demographics and Youth.

VLEN will also take over two Deputy PM position, the one for European Affairs and the one for Good Governance Policies.

VMRO-DPMNE are also in negotiations with ZNAM, which if they join the ruling majority, will take over the Ministries of Justice and the newly formed Ministry of Administration.
