Andrej Zernovski announced via social media that he has officially been recalled from the position of Ambassador of North Macedonia to Romania.
“I found out that I am being removed through a resolution published in Official Gazette, without receiving any prior information, which is against the Constitution and the relevant laws in the field of foreign policy.
192 days ago, they called me back to Skopje for consultations, which was total violation of procedures and laws, and now I find out about their decision in rather unofficial manner. Obviously, they still cannot get over the fact that their party was defeated at the local election in Centar even after two revotes. However, it seems that party interests are far stronger than diplomacy and laws”, Zernovski wrote on Facebook.
