Bulgarian PM Zhelyazkov, asked by BNR whether his country would make a gesture by withdrawing the requirement and conditions for constitutional changes in North Macedonia, said his country’s Parliament didn’t set different conditions.
He nonetheless said Bulgaria insisted on respecting agreed upon conditions on North Macedonia’s EU path. Asked whether an additional bilateral protocol was possible, the Bulgarian PM stated that there cannot be a greater guarantee than the unanimous decision by Bulgaria’s legislative house.
