THP: Dedaj is Persona Non Grata for Turkish People

The Party for Movement of the Turks (THP) reacted to the news that Kosovo has appointed Gjergj Dedaj as Ambassador to Macedonia. “Dedaj in several previous occasions has made scandalous, offensive and utterly fascistic statements concerning the Turkish people, making him a persona non grata for us, and all the Turkish people in the world. We think that a person with such opinions should in no conditions be allowed to serve as a diplomat. We believe that accepting this person s ambassador to Macedonia would seriously affect the relations between Macedonia and Turkey. We hope the Ministry of Foreign Affairs would do all in its power to prevent such a controversial person to be appointed Ambassador to Macedonia,” writes the reaction of THP.
