VMRO-DPMNE calls for criminal Responsibility for Velkovski and Spasovski

On Wednesday, VMRO-DPMNE criticised the government over the developments related to the case concerning dismissed Public Security Bureau Director Laze Velkovski. “Political responsibility is pointless without legal responsibility, i.e. Velkovski and Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski, as his superior, must be held also criminally responsible due to the already admitted and established abuse of official duty,” the party pointed out. SDSM rejected the accusations and leveled counter-accusations. “The Family’s crime during VMRO-DPMNE’s 11-year criminal rule was under the protection of the system’s institutions, most of all from the Interior Ministry,” the ruling party pointed out.
