Assets Frozen Within Frameworks of Investigation into Post Bank Case

On Friday, a judge in a previous procedure of the Criminal Court, upon a request from the Special Prosecutor’s Office, made a decision temporarily freezing assets in the investigation into the Post Bank case. The frozen assets of belong to Evropa 92 and NOEL export-import, as well as to the two legal entities’ owners, Ratko Dimitrovski and Tome Glavcev, respectively, who are the suspects in the investigation. At the same time, an identical decision was made on other legal entities about which there are suspicions of a spillover of unlawful property gain, TURISTKO, BENTON, NOEL KOMPANI and NOEL PLUS. The Court’s measures ban selling and possession, while the activities were taken considering there is a danger of those assets being sold until the procedure is effectively ended.
