All appeals against the decision of the judge for execution of sanctions in the case of former PM Nikola Gruevski have arrived, the Criminal Court confirmed on Thursday. As it added, the three-deadline deadline in which the Criminal Council needs to make a decision on the appeals would start on Friday. Gruevski was on Thursday supposed to report to serve the two-year prison sentence in the Tank case. The previous day, his MP mandate had been taken away by the Mandatory-Immunity Issues Committee. The final decision on his immunity needs to be made by MPs at Friday’s plenary session.
