Empire case: House arrest Measure for three Suspects annulled

The house arrest measure for Jordan Kamcev, Cvetan Pandelevski and Nenad Josifovic, suspects in the Empire case, opened by the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPO), has been annulled as a result of the Supreme Court’s decision accepting the suspects’ appeals. The Court’s legal opinion about the SPO’s 18-month mandate was used as an argument in the appeals. The institution headed by Katica Janeva hasn’t so far commented on the developments. “We still haven’t received the decision from the Supreme Court,” the SPO said on Monday.
