Siljanovska Davkova: My votes, Reka’s votes are more than those for Pendarvski

The presidential candidate of VMRO-DPMNE Gordana Siljanovska Davkova addressed a press conference at the main headquarters of VMRO-DPMNE in Skopje after the 1^st round of the 2019 presidential election. “First of all, let me thank the management of VMRO-DPMNE for giving me their trust in this presidential race, and all citizens who casted their votes for me. I must point out one thing: The presidential candidate Blerim Reka won around 70,000 votes, but those votes are also votes cast against the candidate of the ruling alliance Stevo Pendarovski. If we combine these votes with my votes, the message of the people is crystal clear. The end is near, and I have nothing to lose,” Siljanovska Davkova said. The leader of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski also addressed the press conference, saying that the result of the election is clear, and that Zoran Zaev and SDSM need to prepare for defeat and leaving the government.
