The leader of the Greek opposition Kyriakos Mitsotakis said in an interview for Belgian newspaper “Le Soir” that once his party comes to power in Greece, they will do all to “soothe” the consequences over Greece from the Prespa Agreement. “This agreement is extremely problematic for Greece, because it gives ground to the irredentism and nationalism in the rather sensitive Balkan region. The majority of citizens of Greece oppose this agreement, and we shall do all in our power to soothe the consequences from it and protect our country from the dangers that have arisen from it,” Mitsotakis said in the interview.
