The proposal of the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office to issue a detention measure for six persons covered by the bill of indictment in relation to the bus crash that took place near Laskarci has been rejected by the Criminal Court. As the institution said on Tuesday, the house arrest measure has been extended by another 30 days. As far as the filed bill of indictment is concerned, a decision will be made by a bill of indictment evaluation council. Once a decision is made, both the parties and the public will be informed in a timely fashion.
