DM Sekerinska Pays Official Visit of Romania

The Deputy PM and Defence Minister Radmila Sekerinska paid an official visit to Bucharest, Romania, where she had meetings with the Romanian PM Viorica Dancila and the Romanian Defence Minister Gabriel-Beniamin Les. As the Defence Ministry of Macedonia reports, Dancila congratulated Sekerinska on the progress realised by Macedonia towards integration in NATO and EU, underlining that Romania voices support for these integration processes. Dancila also offered Romanain assistance in the processes for opening of the chapters of the EU membership negotiations. In the meetings with her Romanian counterpart Les, Sekerinska spoke about the military cooperation between Macedonia and Romania, saying that for 2020 there are 16 mutual activities planned for the armies of Macedonia and Romania.
