The State Election Commission (SEC) is ready to organise parliamentary elections on the basis of any model on which parties will reach a deal, according to its President, Oliver Derkoski. The SEC President said on Monday that the voter list was fine, adding that it didn’t include so-called phantom voters. As he pointed out, in a list in which there are over 1.8 million voters, one can find some inconsistency, but all of that has been brought down to a reasonable framework.
