Government Adopts Procurement Regulations and Transparency Strategy

The regulations for appointing government procurement agreements with foreign governments, which will apply for the procurements that will intensify with the country’s NATO membership, have been adopted at Tuesday’s Government sitting. The Government also adopted the Strategy for transparency for the period 2019-2021 with an action plan which is aimed toward furthering the air of transparency and trust in the institutions in view of the EU and NATO integration of the county. The Government sitting also decided to adopt the decision for appointment of Cyber Security National Council members for which the Information Society and Administration Ministry, the Internal Affairs Ministry and the Defence Minister are responsible.
