Spasovski-Kluge: WHO Coronavirus Recommendations Implemented

The coronavirus situation in the world and in the country, the protection mechanisms undertaken by the countries, as well as the health reforms aimed at increased health among citizens, were the topics discussed at Friday’s meeting between Technical Prime Minister Oliver Spasovski and Hans Kluge, Regional Director of World Health Organization (WHO) for Europe. According to the government press service, it was assessed that Macedonia, regarding the coronavirus situation, has shown high levels readiness in applying WHO’s recommendations in the field of prevention and protection, as well as being a successful example of how other countries should also act. The latest information on the coronavirus situation was shared at the meeting along with the timely informing the citizens on protection measures, consistent follow-up of WHO recommendations by the relevant state institutions and temporary isolation measures.
