Parliament’s Dissolution Remains in Force

Parliament’s dissolution remains in force. There will be a new composition only after parliamentary elections in held. On Wednesday, the Constitutional Court rejected Judge Osman Kadriu’s initiative to assess the constitutionality and legality of the dissolution. At the end, Kadriu himself voted in favour of rejection of his proposal. However, he didn’t answer why he’d changed his mind. Previously, at a session, President Stevo Pendarovski’s first decision to declare a state of emergency on the territory of the whole country had been rejected as well. The decision was made on 18 March and ended on 16 April.
