“Over the past 24 hours, there have been 275 tests, while 20 new COVID-19 cases have been confirmed,” the Public Health Institute said on Sunday. It was added that the same period had seen 24 cured patients. 12 of the new cases are patients from Skopje, three from Prilep, two from Tetovo, and one each in Kumanovo, Bitola, and Gostivar. Since the start of the coronavirus epidemic, there have been 1,642 registered cases, 1,132 patients have been cured, while 91 have died. Currently, the number of active cases in the country is 415. Previously, the Health Ministry had informed also of cases in the previous two days, that is, Friday saw one new death, 33 new cases, and 22 cured patients, while Saturday saw one new death, 36 new cases, and 13 cured patients.
